• Hard copy materials can be purchased for an extra fee by selecting the last option (These must be purchased in conjunction with a seminar registration) 
• Material ordered after November 13, 2026 may not arrive prior to event start.
• Please enter all names and emails accurately to ensure a unique I.D. and pass-code will be generated for each registrant to access the virtual seminar. Virtual seminar will be accessible 30 min prior to event start time on November 26 2026. 
• Seminar will occur from 9:00am - 4:00pm MST time.
• Receipt and confirmation with access instructions will be emailed following registration completion.
